You may complete your purchase without selecting either service.

2. Shipping Protection Coverage

When Shipping Protection is added to an order, the package may be covered against certain incidents occurring during transit, including eligible loss, damage, or theft.

3. Refunds for Optional Services

If you accidentally added Shipping Protection or a Tip—or simply changed your mind—you may request a full refund of the applicable optional charge.

This refund is available even if your order has already been processed or shipped. Refunding an optional service does not automatically cancel or refund the products in your order.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
